Our wonderful "non-Estate" wines include our Daly's Cottage, Back Block, Artist and other wines.  Most are a blend of our own fruit and fruit sourced from our local growers nearby. 
These wines allow us to play with some other varieties and styles beyond our own Estate wines - some are big, juicy styles while other are relaxed easy drinking wines, but all offer  spectacular Mount Avoca quality and are exceptional value.

Originally developed to help local growers with excess fruit over 15 years ago, Back Block has developed into a "reserve" style wine.  Always sourced from the very best local vineyards and often blended with a percentage of Mount Avoca Estate wine, it is now a sourced from an ACO certified organic vineyard - this single vineyard Shiraz is grown on vines running north-south so is bigger more robust style than the Mount Avoca vineyard that runs east-west.  A wonderful example of how wines rally are made in the vineyard.

The Artist and Daly's range of wines are blends of Mount Avoca and local fruit and depending on the variety can be largely or even sometimes be 100% Mount Avoca fruit.

These wines wines celebrate that clarity of intent and the family’s generational pursuit of crafting elegant wines with great flavours, refined structure and silky smooth finish and are an easy gateway into the Mount Avoca wine world.
