Accessing Your Membership Rewards

To view your membership rewards:

  • On a computer: Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page.

  • On a mobile phone: Tap the menu button (☰) in the top left corner, then select “Log in.”

  • Still having trouble? Click here

Enter your email address and password to sign in.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to access your exclusive wine offers (if available) and:

  • Check your membership status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.)

  • See how much more you need to spend to reach the next rewards level.

  • View or update your Wine Club subscription and selected products.

  • Edit your account information, including your preferred shipping address.

Trouble Logging In?

If you’re unable to log in:

  • Make sure you’re using the same email address you used for a previous purchase.

  • If your email is correct, follow the prompts to reset your password.

  • Still having trouble? Click the “Text Us” button in the bottom-right corner of the page, and one of our team members will be happy to help you get logged in.
