Accessing Your Membership Rewards
To view your membership rewards:

On a computer: Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page.

On a mobile phone: Tap the menu button (☰) in the top left corner, then select “Log in.”
- Still having trouble? Click here to go straight to the login page
Enter your email address and password to sign in.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to access your exclusive wine offers (if available) and:

Check your membership status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.)
-
See how much more you need to spend to reach the next rewards level.

View or update your Wine Club subscription and selected products.

Edit your account information, including your preferred shipping address.
Trouble Logging In?
If you’re unable to log in:

Make sure you’re using the same email address you used for a previous purchase.

If your email is correct, follow the prompts to reset your password.

Wine Club payment errors - Legacy Wine Club
If your credit card is up to date and your order is not processed, there may be an internal security issue. There is nothing to be worried about, in fact it is the extra security that ensures your details are safe that is the cause.
Even though we updated our wine club in mid 2025, and cards processed normally under the new system for months, every now and again there will be a requirement to re-enter your credit card details.
The best way to do this is to CREATE a membership in our new wine club. The big benefit here is you can choose any mix of wines you like and still get the 50% discount. Most of your details should auto-fill. Once you have created your new membership, yo ucna cancel the old one.
