Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, 91 points - “It's elegantly lifted on the nose, showing dark cherry, sweet plum, thyme, clove and almond notes, leading to a finely textured palate that's juicy and supple. Attractively expressed with a pleasing dry finish.”

On the back of the amazingly popular Daly's Shiraz comes this rich and powerful Cabernet.  Made from organic grapes with the same loving attention and organic winemaking as the Estate Cabernet it shows classic dark berries, cedar and some vanilla oak rounds out the lingering finish.  A classic Cabernet Sauvignon to enjoy now,  it will reward cellaring for many years.

COLOUR
Deep red with purple highlights.

NOSE
Delightful blueberry and blackberry aromas with hints of cocoa, nutmeg and a supporting background of chocolate and cinnamon.

PALATE
Rich full-bodied flavours of ripe blackberry, plum over a soft vanilla oak background with soft powdery tannins and a rich lingering finish.

WINEMAKING
Blended from organic Pyrenees Cabernet from the Estate and nearby vineyards.  Organic winemaking techniques used throughout.  Also vegan.
