Harvested fruit was destemmed and deposited uncrushed to the wine press. Early light pressing resulted in softly coloured juice with full flavour expression. Being a drier year, organic fungicide sprays were restricted to typical sulphur application (Powdery Mildew). The growing season overall was clean, warm and dry.
